1. Why should I open a Kiddopanti account? I am tired of opening new accounts and need a better way out!
We do understand maintaining and remembering passwords for everything online is a task, hence we also support logging in through OTP sent to your registered Mobile and email id. However, you can also complete the purchase without actually having an account with us. Having a Kiddopanti account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, track your reward points and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account.
2. How can I open a Kiddopanti Account? Is it complicated?
To create an account with us we only need your email id and or mobile number. You may provide your address at the time of registering with us or when you place your first order with us.

1. Do I need to register or Login to Order?
You can complete the purchase without actually having an account with us. However, logging in will make your future purchases quicker and smooth. Your Kiddopanti account will ensure you do not miss out on any special offers too.
2. I have liked a product, but I still am not sure of buying it now. Can I come back to it a little later?
Sure! We do understand and so we have an option of adding items you like to the Wishlist. If you like a product which you don’t want to purchase right away and you may want to revisit without actually having to remember the name or browse through the entire collection, only add it to the Wishlist. You may revisit your Wishlist anytime by clicking on the Heart icon on the Navigation Menu at any time. Look for the Heart!
3. Can I order multiple pieces of the same garment?

4. Why does the product show ‘Out of Stock’ at the time of Check out?
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve that quantity of that item for you. For items that are low in stock there can be other other visitors that have those items in their cart. Whoever checks out first will be able to claim them in their purchase. We suggest you keep an eye for the notification of ‘X units remaining’ for our fast-selling products.
5. Is shopping at Kiddopanti.com secure?
Yes, shopping at Kiddopanti is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU and Paytm) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.
6. There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

The product price is an all-inclusive Price. We only levy additional Shipping charges if your order value post discounts and offers is less than Rs. 499.

9. Is Cash On Delivery available at all locations?

10. Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Kiddopanti account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your Kiddopanti Account, choose 'Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. 1. How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. What are the delivery charges for my order?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 499, shipped within India
- A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 65 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 499.
3. When will you ship my order?
- As soon as we receive your order, we send our products for quality check after which we assign the task to our Logistics Partner.
- The product typically is shipped out on the next working day and takes about 2-7 days to reach you, depending on your Pin Code. The estimated Delivery time is indicated at the time of Check out.
