Shipping, Returns & Refunds
HOW CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for the one-time
exchange. Return and refund are not applicable on these orders.
- All returnable products should have their original packing, labels
and tags intact. It should be unused, and unwashed
- You need to send us a return request at
email@example.com within the 7 days of receiving the
product having the order number, registered mobile number and
product details you want to return
- Once the return request has been accepted, the courier partner
will come to your shipping address to collect the package. Click an
image of the product while handing it over to the courier partner
and send the image on our WhatsApp number +91 8310551338
which will confirm that the product returned is genuinely done
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AMOUNT?
- After receiving the product at our location, the product(s) will go
through a quality check
- If the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to
the original mode of payment (Shipping charges Rs. 65 will be
deducted from your order value)
- It may take up to 7-8 business days for the refund to
reflect in your account
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?
- You need to send us an exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product having the order number, registered mobile number and product details you want to return.
- Our team will get in touch with you to process your exchange.
- Exchanging the products with bigger and smaller sizes are
available for one time only
- Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a gift
voucher are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange
WHAT IF I GET A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days from the delivery date) at email@example.com in with your order number, product details, registered mobile number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you want
to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the
product(s) you wish to cancel in the email
HOW CAN I CHECK IF YOU DELIVER TO MY PINCODE?
- We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at email@example.com.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 499, shipped within India.
- A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 65 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 499.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
- As soon as we receive your order, we send our products for quality check after which we assign the task to our Logistics Partner.
- The product typically is shipped out on the next working day and takes about 2-7 days to reach you, depending on your Pin Code. The estimated Delivery time is indicated at the time of Check out.

- To track your order, you can login your Kiddopanti account and choose “My Account” to view your order details and track the order.

- If you do not have a Kiddopanti account, then please follow the “Track Shipping” link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no. and email id using which you had placed the order, we will check and share your order status.
